Getting Started Program

Through a series of coaching calls or in-person meetings, this program can help you to transform your life! We will evaluate your life situation and explore how work/life alternatives can help. In addition, we will assist you in developing a specific plan of action to make the changes you want and need.

$125 per hour or three sessions for $300

This includes a free copy of the Strategic Work/Life Solutions information packet with educational materials on various work/life benefits, sample request forms, and actual requests (with identifying information removed) that were successfully negotiated.

Ready to Launch Program

Working at home Take the next step in negotiating a better schedule for yourself or proposing a new policy/program for your organization! This program can help you to develop a clear, concise, and effective proposal. We will also provide guidance on the best negotiating strategies and help you to successfully address issues that arise with your management team.

Champion Program

A great morning! Sometimes you need an expert to provide "hands on" support throughout the process of making vital changes to your life and work balance. The Champion Program provides a blend of coaching sessions, proposal and/or program development and negotiation support to achieve success!
