Why SWS
It's not just about work experience, it's also about life experience!
Strategic WorkLife Solution's Founder and President, Kathy Kadilak, knows this all too well.
While pursuing a nearly 30-year career in the Federal service, Kathy raised two daughters, for many years as a single parent. They are now 19 and 23 years old and continue to have a close relationship with their mom and extended family. She was a Girl Scout troop leader, parent volunteer at her daughters' schools, and a volunteer with the American Cancer Society. She assisted her aging parents during various health crises and found time to pursue her musical and theatre interests. She managed to do all of these things by making careful employment choices and being creative in the scheduling of work and personal activities. Through innovative use of flexible work arrangements and dependent care benefits, Kathy enjoyed a rich personal life while having a challenging and satisfying career. She is dedicated to helping others achieve the same results.
